IGSSE Managing Director appointed member of TUM´s Gender & Diversity Board

Dr. Michael Klimke, Managing Director of both the IGSSE and the TUM Graduate School has recently been appointed to TUM´s gender and diversity board.

The board

• develops and implements target agreements
• implements Excellence Initiative and other Gender and Diversity measurements
• develops  gender key performance indicators and diversity standards (in cooperation with the Anna Boyksen Research Center)
• coordinates mentoring programs.
