IGSSE takes no responsibility for the up-to-dateness, correctness, completeness, or quality of the information provided.  Liability claims against IGSSE, whether referring to material or immaterial losses, that were caused due to misuse and incomplete information, are strictly excluded, unless there is evidence of wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of IGSSE.

All sites are subject to change without notice and non-binding.  IGSSE expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, delete, or temporarily or permanently discontinue parts of webpages or the entire site without notice.

References and Links

In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites (links) that lie beyond the sphere of IGSSE’s responsibility, liability would solely occur in the case where the author of the content was aware of the its illegality, and where it would be technically possible and reasonable for him/her to avoid its use.

IGSSE thus expressly declares that at the time of the insertion of the link, the corresponding linked webpages were free from illegal content.   IGSSE has no influence over the current and future design and content of the linked/connected pages.  Therefore it hereby expressly disassociates itself from all content on all linked/connected pages that were altered after the insertion of the link.  This declaration applies to all internal links and references on its own website as well as guestbook entries in the guestbook provided by the author, discussion forums, and mailing lists.  For illegal, incorrect, or incomplete content, and in particular for damages, that result due to the use or disuse of this type of information, the linked site host is solely liable, and not the site host that simply publishes the link.

IGSSE attempts to adhere to the copyright of all graphics, music, sounds, videos, and text in all its publications, and to use its own graphics, music, sounds, videos, and texts or those available in the public domain.

All internal website references and, where applicable, protected trademarks and brands are subject without restrictions to the legal provisions of the respective registered owners.  One cannot simply assume that by only merely mentioning the trademark, it is not protected by copyright!
